I have worked in IT for 10 years. I have held project/product management, management and coaching positions.
I have spent my last 5 years Coaching and training organizations to work in an agile way in transformation or support contexts. I have also trained program directors and project managers in their role as “servant” leaders but also in their program management.
Today, I want to become this leader myself who will bring people and move forward together towards a common goal. My experiences as a Coach, Facilitator, Trainer and Mentor have built my leadership and my ability to unite.
What I like above all is human relationships, emotional intelligence and creating spaces for collective intelligence.
